Happy to provide you with a ‘heads up’ regarding our change over to a new computer system. We’re committed to go-live on the BisTrack system as of Monday, 19-April-21 and are anxious to provide the improved utility and service to our customers that this new system is designed to do.
Epicor BisTrack ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system is modular, lumber industry-specific software used to manage business processes company-wide. BisTrack is the premiere software choice for managing accounting and finance, human resources, customers, the supply chain, inventory, distribution, and manufacturing production management, all built on a ‘mobile platform’ to better serve you.
The magnitude of this undertaking makes us pause to contemplate the many ways that things could go wrong. I ask your patience with us as we acquire additional proficiency on this new platform. The investment of countless hours of set up, prepping and staff training on new system features reflects Simonson’s commitment to serve our customers with state of the art tools.
